Hey guys, let's say you've just met a woman, and you'd like to know if she's interested in you. Don't pay attention to anything she says, just watch her body movements. The Journal of Personality and Social Psychology says so.
A group of researchers wondered if there were any specific movements that people made when they were sexually interested in another person. They observed people in both Germany and Japan, but couldn't find any specific cues that would indicate interest.
But they did find that when a woman is interested in a man, she'll move around a lot more, fidget and squirm. The more interested she is, the faster and more complex the movements become.
Of course, you might see the same reaction if she's allergic to you and is trying to scratch an itch without being obvious about it. Maybe you'd better pay attention to what she says after all.
